I am wondering what makes a couple last for long time.
I know some couples that have been together for more than 10 years and some that haven´t last even 2 months.... xD

What are the turn off and turn on in a relationship ?

How can we keep a Long Term Relationship ?

If your bf is losing interest about you... what can you do to recover his love ?

I've known a lot of unsuccessful relationships that flicker for a moment and then goes out. I'll answer your questions in bullet form.

-Turn offs of a relationship: Unnecessary drama. When you keep secrets and don't communicate with your boyfriend, you will make small problems worse and things will blow up.

-Turn ons of a relationship: You genuinely enjoy spending time with the person you're with.

-Keeping a long term relationship: There's no sure fired way to do something like this, if it were easy, I'm sure many people wouldn't speed date like they do. Things to have in a successful relationship, even if you decide to mutually break up on good terms, are communication, respect, and most importantly, love.

-Boy losing interest in you and you want to recover his love: Sing him a heartfelt song, make him something cute and useful like a scarf, cook something special for him, learn some magic tricks to show him, go on a ferris wheel together and kiss at the peek, there's so much you can do. However, if the love is gone and your final ditch effort to recapture his heart doesn't work then talk to him about it to see what can be done about it. Don't pursue a heart that isn't beating for you.

Wow, Thanks Daisuke for your very informative point of view. Seems you are quite good in this topic.

Um... Turn offs... non romantic guys turn me a bit off. In i am in a relationship, and during the act... if my bf is not clean, bad breath, etc... that is a big turn off... but it can be changed by telling him.

Another turn on for me is when the guy shows interest in everything related to his bf. Ask in what he could help, invite for dinner, cinema, etc.. the looong bye bye, this really show much he loves his bf and that he wants to spend more time with him.

For keeping a LTR, I think you are right, communication is very important and an ardent love for each others. Even you guys argue, fight, etc... you will be able to forgive and forget, and the next day all will be normal, still loving each others with passion.

About Losing interest... well.. I think I will try EVERYTHING possible to try to get my bf´s heart back to me if I still love him like the same day. It might be difficult if someone else is in between. But of course, talk about it with your bf, and try to fix the problems like, Why are losing interest about me... What i did wrong ?, What you did not like about me? etc....

And that is my opinion...

I guess it's a question that has been asked for a very long time... :-)
Anyway, I guess that the key in any relationship is to enjoy the present moment, enjoy yourself and not forget who you are. Because we all tend to try to please our lover and do things for him, or things we think he may like or appreciate. But as we do so, we lose a little bit more of ourselves each time. That happened to me. I was like a zombie in the end of a relationship. I had given away my power and of course my bf lost interest. So to keep his interest is also to keep our interest alive. :-)
Haven't you experienced the situation when, a few months after your have broken up, you meet your ex bf again. But in the mean time, you have recovered you liveliness and cheerfulness, and suddenly, the sparkle comes back... Being in a relationship with someone starts with a good relationship with oneself, I guess. If you like your own company, then others will enjoy your company as well. But if you think a love story will save you from doom, then... you're bound for soap opera time. ;-)

Well, I think we have similar situation with our bfs...
I was doing exactly what you said, trying to please him and do things that i think he will like. but it turned out like he was a bit less interested...

But know i try to keep it stable, not overdoing things, and it seems to work :)
